We attended Bernardi's Workplace Mental Health seminar earlier this month. With 1 in 5 Canadians being impacted by mental health issues in the course of a year and 1 in 3 Canadians experiencing mental health problems at some point in their lifetime, this is a huge impact to employers and is often misunderstood as to how to handle.
